Children’s Sabbath provides an opportunity to recognise the gifts, faith, and enthusiasm that children bring to the church. The emphasis encourages congregations to create meaningful moments for children to participate in worship, outreach, and community life.
Many churches invite children to lead in music, storytelling, prayer, readings, or acts of service, helping them grow in confidence and discipleship. The day also highlights the support and resources available through Children’s Ministries to nurture children’s spiritual development.
