Rescheduled State of the Union: Address

The British Union Conference (BUC) will host the State of the Union: Address, delivered by Pastor Eglan Brooks, President, on Sabbath 17 August at 5pm. This address will be broadcast live on the BUC YouTube channel STATE OF THE UNION: ADDRESS (youtube.com) and will provide a comprehensive overview of the progress and continued delivery of the BUC Strategic Plan.

This will be a moderated event. Workers and members will be able to engage in the conversation by sending questions to sotu@adventist.uk by 12noon on Friday 16 August 2024.

The State of the Union: Address, will be an opportunity to acknowledge some of the challenges that we face within the BUC territory, reflect on some significant achievements, and begin to articulate a way forward for the BUC as we continue to serve the Lord and His people in this delegated area of the work of the General Conference.

‘I am looking forward to sharing with you this coming weekend,’ said Pastor Brooks, ‘and I would solicit your continued prayers as we move the work of God forward in the British Union Conference.’

If you are unable to watch it live, please to view it on the link above and send any feedback to sotu@adventist.uk.
