About Us

Cornerstone Counselling Service has been in operation since 1996. This is a confidential and professionally run Counselling Service.  It is supported by the Family Ministries Department of the South England Conference [SEC] of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. We provide services for all people regardless of their denomination, race or gender. Our clients include children, young people, couples, individuals and families.

The counselling service is open for face-to-face counselling on:

  • Sundays from 10am-1pm, 2-5pm and
  • Mondays from 5:30–9pm.

Also, telephone counselling is now available on:

  • Mondays from 4-9pm and
  • Tuesday from 9am-12pm and 2-5pm.
  • For Skype counselling, please refer to our Self-Referral Form.

We currently operate from a private suite at the Advent Centre in Central London.  Our counsellors at present travel from the Greater London area, and further afield. Our new 2016 satellites are at Balham, Herne Hill, Greenwich and Streatham and plan to have more satellites in each of the 8 SEC Areas in the next four years.

We are a non-profit making service where counsellors give freely their time and skills.
Our PRICE/session is:

  • £20 for individuals
