HONOURS FROM HOME

 PATHFINDER HONOURS – FROM HOME

While you are at home ‘self-isolating’ and not able to go out, visit your friends or go to Pathfinder or Adventure Club meetings, we’ve launched the exciting opportunity for you to earn some Pathfinder Honours and Adventurer Awards from home. Just being at home and not having Pathfinder or Adventurer Club at church, does not mean you cannot do Club and still earn your honours or awards.

Below are some online Pathfinder Honours for you to follow and do. This will be on the SEC Pathfinders Facebook Page as well as a dedicated YouTube Channel. A link will also be posted on the website - ‘secpathfinders.com’.

Once you have completed the requirements for your honour, please keep it in your folder for your next Conference Assessment.  Your local Pathfinder Assessor will complete the assessment and register you to be invested with that honour by the end of the year, or when your next investiture in your club will be.

The posts will comprise of the following:

  • A training video outlining the requirements
  • Followed by a teaching session
  • Perhaps a couple of links to YouTube videos with tips to help you fulfil the honour
  • Links to documents or other helps that you may need to do your honour.

SOUNDS EXCITING?

All you need to do is ask for your parents to:

  • Register for the honour/s that you are interested on HERE.
  • Like or join the SEC Pathfinders Facebook Page or YouTube Channel so you can watch the videos
  • Watch for updates on the https://secpathfinders.com website
  • Keep your completed work in your folder for the next assessment in your club

The following Pathfinder Honours are on the right:

  • Prayer
  • Peacemaker
  • KnotTying
  • Other Honours and Awards you can find on the BUC Youth Page

I hope this will be helpful for our children. Please continue to check the website – secpathfinders.com for updates and registration forms.

Ofcourse any questions you may have thus far, please don’t hesitate to call or email.

Kind regards
