SEC Prison Ministries

About Us

The Prison Ministries Department focuses on reaching prisoners and offenders throughout southern England with a variety of methods from providing Bible studies, to choir visits and even lectures within prisons or detainment facilities.

The department also supports Prison Ministries volunteers and equips them to reach out to different types of prisoners throughout the south of England. Their work also involves supporting familes of those imprisoned as well as the prisoners after they have been released.

There are many stories of individuals that the department has witnessed, both positive and negative, but they have found there are always volunteers willing to give their time and talents to reach out to those who may have been forgotten or need someone to talk to. Please contact our department for more information about becoming or training Prison Ministries volunteers.
