Pastor Kwesi Moore appointed SEC President

The Executive Committee of the South England Conference of Seventh-day Adventists has appointed Pastor Kwesi Moore as President of the South England Conference.

Pastor Moore was elected at a meeting of the SEC Executive Committee on Sunday 12 July 2026, following the recent election of Dr Kirk Thomas as President of the British Union Conference during the 2026 BUC Session.

Pastor Moore has most recently served as SEC Ministerial Association Secretary, providing leadership and support to pastors, elders and local church leaders across the Conference.

The Executive Committee also considered the leadership arrangements arising from Pastor Moore’s appointment. Further announcements regarding the Ministerial Association and any other changes will be made once confirmed.

Additional details and comments from Pastor Moore will follow.
