Women's Ministries

The Women’s Ministries Department exists to empower, encourage support and nurture women to reach their potential in Christ.  It is the place where they can address the spiritual, physical and emotionally concerns they have in order to deepen their experience with Christ.

We encourage women today to be intentional about connecting with other women, touching a life, and changing a heart for Jesus.  This can be accomplished if we all take the initiative to evangelise where we are with the resources we have to lift up Jesus Christ in the home, in the Church and in the Community.  Women have so much to offer and contribute to society because they have been created with a purpose and mission in mind by God. This is often a forgotten truth that gets lost in the day to day demands of life.  Women like men are accountable to God who has entrusted them with the gospel; therefore women should preach it, teach it and model it that others might be attracted to Jesus Christ and they too will want to be saved.  First Thessalonians 2:4 (NIV) reminds us that “on the contrary we speak as those approved by God to be entrusted with the gospel.  We are not trying to please people but God, who tests our hearts (NIV).”

Women’s Ministries will address the concerns that effect women today and bring fresh debate and dialogue to enrich relationships with everyone. (We welcome any constructive comments and suggestions or questions anyone may have that will add value to the department).

We cannot deny that these are challenging times in which we live and that we all need to work together in spreading the Gospel to a hardened world.  There are many hurting people who need Jesus, there are many people looking for the meaning and purpose to their existence.  We must rise up and help in that process, we must make every effort to help expand and enlarge God’s kingdom for His sake.  Remember our Conference Mission is: Evangelism Everyone Everywhere.  May God bless you to this end.
