A hands-on creative media expo where children aged 7–12 can explore how photography, video, podcasts, music, graphic design & animation and writing can be used for mission.
connectED Kids 2026 is a hands-on creative media expo giving children aged 7–12 the chance to explore the world of media through six interactive experiences.
Throughout the day, children will get hands-on in the Music Studio, Photo Lab, Design & Animation Lab, Writing Studio, AV Studio and Radio & Podcast Studio, learning from experienced media professionals and creatives.
Each child will receive a connectED Kids T-shirt, lanyard and press pass, collecting a stamp as they complete each studio. Children who complete all six will be entered into a prize draw.
The event takes place at Newbold Gymnasium, Newbold College, Bracknell, on Sunday 15 November 2026,
Registration from 9:00 am. Rotations begin promptly at 10:00 am
Places are limited to 100 children.
Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Please bring a packed lunch.
To help us manage venue capacity, avoid overcrowding and keep walkways and activity areas clear, we kindly ask that, where possible, each child is accompanied by only one adult. This will also help us maintain a safe and well-supervised environment for everyone.
Rotations begin promptly at 10.00 am, so please arrive in time for the start to enjoy all six creative media experiences.
