Your events inspire action, bring communities together, and showcase the vibrant life of our church family. Whether it’s a local outreach programme, a special worship service, or a creative initiative, we want to help spread the word.

How to send your event

You can currently submit your event using the following methods:

1. Email: events@secadventist.org.uk.

Guidelines for Submission

To ensure your event is reviewed and promoted effectively, please include the following:

1. Event title: The official name of your event.

2. Date and time: Clearly specify the start and end times.

3. Venue address: Include the full location or online platform details.

4. Event details: Provide a concise description in plain text. Do not send only a poster.

5. Poster and image requirements:

   • Poster or flyer with a 4:3 aspect ratio.

   • Submit in high-quality JPEG, PNG, TIFF or PDF format.

   • In addition to the flyer, provide the background image used in the flyer, free of text, logos, or watermarks.

6. Contact information: Include organiser details (name, email, and/or phone number).

7. Registration link: If online registration is required, include a valid link.

8. Timely submission

   • Submissions for weekly platforms - including the SEC website, SEC newsletter, and social media - must be received by Wednesday at 2pm.

   • Allow up to five working days for your event to be reviewed and approved.

9. Important note: Ensure all materials respect privacy and safeguarding principles (see below).

Terms and privacy

• By submitting, you grant the SEC permission to use your event, flyer, or images in our publications, social media, and online platforms.

• All submitted materials must respect individual privacy and comply with our Privacy and Safeguarding Principles. Please review these principles before submitting your event.

• We aim to review all submissions; however, due to the volume of events received, we may not respond individually.

• If we use your material, we will only display the personal information you consent to share (e.g., the organiser's name and contact details).
