A powerful weekend designed to help you acknowledge, address, and facilitate healing from safeguarding issues.
AAH… The Release Conference (Acknowledge. Address. Heal.), organised by the SEC Safeguarding Department, is a weekend event designed to help participants engage with safeguarding issues in faith and community settings through learning, reflection, and pathways towards healing.
Hosted by Judy Clements OBE, the conference will explore topics including spiritual abuse, grooming, safe spaces, and staying safe online. The programme aims to create a supportive environment for honest conversation, greater awareness, and practical safeguarding understanding.
Taking place at JFS School, Harrow, the weekend includes a free daytime conference on Saturday 23 May, alongside performances of the safeguarding-themed musical Speak No Evil, commissioned by the South England Conference Safeguarding Department.
