Building Flourishing Healthy Families For Mission

A family-focused wellness weekend exploring how healthy homes can strengthen mission, faith, and community impact.
The Super Wellness Weekend, hosted by the Cambridge SDA District, will take place from Friday 20 to Sunday 22 March 2026 under the theme “Building Flourishing Healthy Families for Mission.” The programme brings together families and church members to focus on holistic wellbeing, faith, and practical living.
The weekend includes a mix of online and in-person activities. Friday sessions will be held online, Saturday will take place in person at Haverhill Church, and Sunday will feature a Community Cooking School, offering practical health education and engagement.
The programme will be co-hosted by Sandra Sturlong, Health Director, and Edith Samambwa, SEC Health Ministries Director, with May Solomon, former KZN Conference Health Ministries Director, serving as guest speaker.
