An eight-week development course designed to equip women with practical skills, confidence, and tools for growth in business, leadership, and professional life.

Developing in Business & Leadership is an eight-week seminar and workshop course organised by the SEC Women’s Ministries Department, beginning on Tuesday, 20 January 2026. The programme is designed to support women in developing leadership capacity, strategic thinking, and practical business skills in a faith-informed context.

Sessions will run weekly from 7:00pm to 8:30pm and will be available online or in person at the SEC. Participation is limited to 20 spaces, allowing for focused learning, discussion, and mentoring. Course materials include a workbook and planner, available for purchase through the SEC Women’s Ministries website.
