Brighton & Hove and Worthing Baptisms

On Sabbath 15 October 2022, four people from Brighton & Hove and Worthing churches were baptised. O'Neil Henry and Elineema Urassa (Brighton & Hove church), Jared Adjare and Renata Bravo Gajda (Worthing church) publicly declared their decision to make Christ the centre of their lives.

The day began with a communion service and was crowned in the afternoon with the baptism. The members of the Brighton & Hove and Worthing congregations celebrated during the day with prayer, encouragement, singing, the sharing of gifts and eating together.

Reflecting on the baptism, local church pastor, Seth Adjare said, "God is working in our communities today and requires us to continue to reap the ripe crops as stated in John 4:35 NLT, 'You know the saying, Four months between planting and harvest. But I say, wake up and look around. The fields are already ripe for harvest.'"
