Worthing's Children's Choir Brings Festive Joy

Caring Candles children's choir

Worthing SDA children choir (Caring Candles) led by Yasmina Sole Burton and Ken Burton, performed at a concert for the local community on Friday 20th December 2019.

The choir also visited a local nursing home on Sunday 22nd December where they sang with the residents and staff, which proved to be a a delightful experience to everyone invloved.

The staff requested that the children sing to bed bound residents. Some residents were in tears of joy.

Staff at the home requested that it be regular occurance as the residents really appreciated the presence of children. Each resident was given presents which was a big shock to them.

The Lord is using our children to minister to our community. We have made some friends already and hope to further develop these friendships
