Attendees enjoyed interactive sessions on healthy eating – learning about nutritious food options. Relaxation techniques were shared to help manage stress, while activities promoting gratitude encouraged a positive mindset. Boosting self-esteem was a highlight, with workshops designed to build confidence and self-worth. Additionally, physical fitness sessions took place to encourage everyone to be active.

The cheerful atmosphere and supportive community spirit made the afternoon a memorable success. Overall, the afternoon provided a valuable opportunity for the church to engage with the local community to prioritise their health and well-being, fostering unity and support among participants.
