Dr Eurydice Osterman Leads “Sing When the Spirit Says Sing” Workshops in England
A series of Spirit-led music workshops titled “Sing When the Spirit Says Sing!” were conducted by Dr. Eurydice V. Osterman at Southall and Handsworth Seventh-day Adventist Churches. The sessions focused on the spiritual power of music in worship, offering biblical reflection, practical vocal instruction, and guidance on worship leadership. Participants engaged in congregational singing, prayer, and musical presentations, with the workshops emphasising the role of music as a tool for faith, ministry, and community building.

Area 4 Church Ministry Day: Growing in Mission, Living in Transformation
On Sabbath, 7 February 2026, delegates from churches across Area 4 gathered at Gatwick Holiday Inn for a Church Ministry Day led by Pastor Wilson Lagos. SEC departmental directors led practical workshops on evangelism, stewardship, communication, and leadership. SEC President Pastor Kirk Thomas presented a seminar on Transformational Missional Leadership, and plans were shared for Area 4’s Pentecost 2026 evangelism campaign. The event strengthened unity, equipped leaders, and inspired renewed commitment to mission.

First Baptism at Guernsey Group Marks Milestone for Channel Islands
On 7 February 2026, the Channel Islands SDA Company – Guernsey Group celebrated its first-ever baptism. Pastor Nathan Stickland officiated, with support from Pastor Laszlo Liebhardt and local elders. The historic event marked a joyful milestone for the growing Adventist presence in the Channel Islands, which began as a house church in 2007.

United to Serve in Love and Obedience
Hackney SDA Church began 2026 with a Prayer Day on 3 January, themed “United to Serve in Love and Obedience.” The day featured scripture, group prayer, and a sermon by Elder Irvine A. Lauder encouraging sincere, Spirit-led Christian living.

As We Rejoice, So Do the Angels
Balham SDA Church celebrated the return of Pastor Michael Salmon, welcomed Ministerial Intern Sindile Mabena, and rejoiced in the baptism of three young women on 31 January 2026. Pastor Kwesi Moore delivered a stirring message on transformation and daily surrender to Christ.
