Stanborough Park SDA Church Hosts Forgiveness Project Exhibition Over Easter

Stanborough Park Seventh-day Adventist Church hosted The Forgiveness Project Exhibition from 12 to 26 April, presenting powerful stories of trauma, reconciliation, and healing. The exhibition featured real-life accounts of individuals who endured pain and injustice yet found restoration through forgiveness or restorative justice. Central to the display was the story of Jesus—the ultimate source of forgiveness for all.

The event offered a fresh way to share the Easter message, especially in a world facing deep divisions, violence, and loss. Alongside the exhibition, visitors engaged with prayer spaces, interactive activities, and talks on the transformative power of forgiveness.

Notable guests included Dr Kirk Thomas (SEC President), Chief Constable Andy Prophet, Sharon Platt-McDonald (BUC Women’s and Health Ministries Director), Dr Rio Espulgar (SEC Family Ministries Director), Pastor Seth Adjare (SEC Prison Ministries Director), and Watford Mayor Peter Taylor. The exhibition sparked heartfelt conversations and prayers, touching visitors from the local community, particularly those navigating personal struggles or long-held pain.
