Church elder receives award for judging in UK courts for 20 years

We are delighted to announce that Dr Robbie Addaih, an elder of West Bletchley Seventh-day Adventist Community church in Milton Keynes, has received an award from the Judiciary of England and Wales for serving as a judge for over twenty years.

Addaih has been a dedicated member of the judiciary since 2003, and his outstanding work, unwavering commitment, and relentless service have been recognised with this award. Mrs Debbie Gibbs, Chair of the Buckinghamshire Bench, presented the award along with a congratulatory message.

The award originated in the tenure of the Right Honourable Lord Burnett of Maldon, the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales. It recognises the exceptional work and long-term commitment of individuals who have devotedly served as judges in the Magistrates' Court of England and Wales for over twenty years and is a token of appreciation for their selfless dedication.

We congratulate Elder Addaih on his twenty years of dedication and selflessness as a magistrate in the Judiciary of England and Wales.

Commenting on the award, Reading Ghana church, Elder Akwasi Agyemang said, "It is with great joy that I extend to you heartfelt congratulations on receiving this prestigious award in recognition of your two decades of judicial service in the UK. Such a milestone is a testament to your professional dedication and reflects the exceptional character and principles you uphold.

"Your unwavering commitment to fairness and justice, aligned with the selfless and compassionate nature of your Christian faith, has been a powerful witness to God's love and grace. Your presence in the judiciary has been a professional contribution and a ministry, touching lives and embodying the virtues of care and service that you so passionately advocate."
