Greenwich Adventurers and Pathfinders celebrate a milestone investiture
After a lot of hard work and effort from the children, counsellors, parents, mentors and teachers, Greenwich SDA Church successfully invested 11 Adventurers and 14 Pathfinders on 25 July 2026. This past year has been a wonderful opportunity for the children to grow socially, physically, spiritually and mentally, further enhancing the skills they have acquired in previous years and adding new ones through participating in the Adventurer and Pathfinder clubs.
The day started with the Adventurers and Pathfinders leading out in Sabbath School. They led the lesson study, recited their memory gems, sang and witnessed through poems. The divine service was led by the SEC Pathfinder Director, Pastor Stanley Teixeira, who highlighted the importance of watching and waiting through prominent figures from the Bible, such as Joseph and Nehemiah. They then concluded the day with a march to Cutty Sark, Greenwich, where the drum corps showcased their skills while some of the Adventurers handed out literature about God's love.
