London Hispanic Adventists Celebrate 20 Baptised Following ‘Limitless’ Campaign

Spiritual Breakthrough in London: Hope Week ‘Limitless’ Results in Historic Baptismal Celebration Camberwell, London – 03 Nov 2025

A historic moment has taken place in the London Hispanic Adventist community as believers gathered in Camberwell, London, from 25 October to 1 November for Hope Week: Limitless.

The joint evangelistic programme, led by the Central London Hispanic Church and the Southeast Hispanic Company, culminated in the largest baptismal celebration recorded in more than forty years of Hispanic Adventist mission in the city.

The week-long series, held in Camberwell, South London, featured inspiring messages from guest speaker Pastor José Saavedra and his wife, psychologist Andrea Muñoz, both from Colombia. The programme united spiritual revival with emotional and relational support, emphasising God’s boundless power to restore and transform lives.

With average nightly attendance exceeding 110 participants, members and guests gathered for worship, Bible messages, prayer, and testimonies. The impact was tangible:

  • 20 individuals were baptised, marking a historic milestone

  • 10 additional people are currently preparing for baptism in December

The baptismal service, filled with joy and gratitude, was officiated by District Pastor Luis Fajardo, who emphasised the significance of the moment.

“This is the fruit of many prayers and the united effort of leaders and members across our district,” said Pastor Fajardo. “We praise God for this tremendous victory and for what the Holy Spirit continues to do in London.”

The success of the initiative reflects the collaborative spirit of the London Hispanic District, with volunteers, ministries, and small-group leaders working together to share Christ’s message of hope with the community.

With momentum continuing and new believers preparing to join the faith community, district leaders say this moment marks the beginning of a renewed evangelistic movement among London’s growing Hispanic population.

“We move forward in faith,” concluded Pastor Fajardo. “This is just the start of what God desires to do in our city.”
